Chris McDaniel
Yolanda, Tim and the nurse with the glasses are great for business. They are always kind and reassure care for my family member. I’m not sure about the aides, they don’t take pride in their jobs and every time I come in they continuously yell at the residents from not having patience for the elderly. It’s very disheartening because the people aren’t changed regularly, they are very rude and won’t even speak unless I say something first.

could not ask for a kinder and nicer place for the care of my husband..... the care givers are sooooooooooo Kind and thoughtfull could NOT HAVE FOUND A BETTER for AL..they are always ready to answer questions and advise you I am thankful In found WYNCOTE saw many other place and they SCARE me

If you're looking for a memory care facility for your loved one this is the place!...a smaller, intimate community with a very involved staff. Worth checking out...

Came into town this weekend to visit family and friends. I decided to stop by Wyncote Place to see how my aunt was adjusting. I was pleased with the facility and the friendliness and care she is receiving from the staff. I know she hasn't been there long but from what I observed today, thank you!! Update*** Since I'm out of town and found out I can no longer call my aunt because Wyncote Place does not have phones on the floor to where she was moved to. Thank you for the care you have my aunt. Regardless of my feelings, I saw my aunt thrive there at Wyncote Place

The staff is really engaged, pleasant and helpful. My loved was happy here and loved the staff!!! The care is pretty good compared to most.
