The Atrium of Allentown

Most of the staff is nice. Former management team was terrible. I'm happy to hear the owners replaced the management team. My mom was living there and had to go to a nursing home because she needed a higher level of care. As we were leaving for the final time, none of the management team came to say goodbye. Nobody even waved. It was so sad.

My beloved grandma has been residing here for 3 years, never a complaint! The staff are wonderful and very helpful. The company does an outstanding job with planning events for birthdays, holidays and even taking the residents out of the community to shop or dine out! My grandmas needs are always met, always feel welcomed when I enter! Highly recommend!!

I waited over 20 minutes for Bliss to come out for the uber she ordered. Normally I would wait for the maximum seven minutes, but all the while she kept messaging me that she would tip me. It was a holiday after all, so I waited with the expectation I would receive a tip. On the ride to her place, all she did was complain nonstop about her work and family. I sat quietly and listened, as she clearly needed someone to vent to. Well guess what? No tip at all. I wouldn’t trust my elders being taken care of by liars or people that hate their job.

Atrium put on a class act Easter Egg Hunt that great grandchildren and great grandparents thoroughly enjoyed! I'm so pleased with this facility and the care my father has been given. My father loves the place and I'm comforted to know he is happy here. Thank you Atrium for all you do!

Great family environment. Clean and cozy. They also do a lot of events so family members and residents can enjoy special time together.
