Williams Manor is very safe and feels like a real home. The staff are encouraging, warm, friendly and positive. The premises are always seasonally decorated to lift anyone’s spirits. I visited every personal care home in two counties and this was the only place that felt like coming home. The profound assurance that your loved one resides in such a sanctuary brings unparalleled peace of mind.
