My mom was a resident at Wesley for just under two years before she passed away. She received excellent care while she was there. She was treated with compassion and dignity. My brother and I could not have asked for more.
Response from the owner
Chris, please accept our condolences on the loss of your mother. Our entire team is deeply touched by your kind words about the care she received in our community. We are so glad that we could support your mom and bring peace of mind to you and your brother. Sending you and your family our warmest thoughts.

I called this place twice and no one ever gets back to you. Brenda is useless! Terrible customer service. If they can't call you back, I don't want my loving family member there. I can only imagine how they treat their residence. Yikes!
Response from the owner
Lisa- we have checked with our sales and leadership teams, and we have no record of receiving any messages from you. You can contact Brenda at: bmcvey@wel.org | 267-481-0715 for information and tours of our community. If you have other questions, you can contact Executive Director Dan Hood at: dhood@wel.org. We are sorry that somehow wires got crossed, but would appreciate you removing your Yelp and Google one-star reviews as your statements are not accurate. We hope to connect with you soon. Thanks.

My Mom has been on the personal care unit (The Pines) since 2018. As I witness her memory and self-care skills slowly decline, the staff on her unit adjust their support to her needs and always keep a close eye on her. They are patient, gentle, and show warmth and compassion toward her. I can tell that my Mom feels safe and loved at WEL- Main Line and I'm grateful.
Response from the owner
Anne, thanks so much for sharing your mom's experience at our Main Line community. Our Personal Care staff is devoted to residents' comfort, needs, and preferences. They look to build relationships and keep our seniors engaged and supported. It means so much to our staff to know that the care they provide gives families peace of mind.

If you want your family members to be neglected and left to sit in their own feces and urine for days so that they contract E. Coli and a UTI bring them here! Not to mention the CONSTANT neglect in their advanced care. Shame on this place.
Response from the owner
We treat our residents with respect and dignity. Their health and well-being are of utmost importance to us. So we take your concerns very seriously. While you have mischaracterized the situation, we will conduct a full investigation. We cannot discuss your father's health in a public forum, but management will be reaching out to authorized family members to discuss and answer any questions.
