Nathan Brau
I was very disappointed with my experience at Wellington at Hershey Mills. During my time there, I witnessed residents waiting too long for care and basic needs not always being met. Some employees showed very little compassion or urgency, and it felt like management failed to hold poor-performing staff accountable. Families trust this facility to care for their loved ones, and the residents deserve better.
