Vibra Life just took over 300.00 out of my checking account that was UNAUTHORIZED. I tried calling and all you can get are voicemails. My mother was a patient there in 2025 is on a payment plan with them. A year later, they are using my debit card to take out payments without any authorization to use my card. There billing department is the WORST!!!!!! They have really made my life a complete mess by their incompetent billing department.

My dad, 101 years old, lived at Vibralife for eight years. His room was perfect, with a large window, accessible bathroom, and comfortable, even temperature. He always said that the meals were excellent. Dad had dementia and multiple health problems, but instead of keeping him in a locked area or over-medicating, the staff would redirect him patiently and repeatedly to minimize anxiety and keep him safe. They allowed him to have visits from our family dog, and welcomed my sister and brother to play piano for the residents. When he entered Vibralife, he had a very high A1C, which they quickly brought down to a good level. The Vibralife staff worked cooperatively with Residential Hospice in his last months. Special thank you to Kendra, who was with him in his last moments, and Amanda, and Beth, who brought him happiness at a difficult time of his life. The director, Greg, knew him personally, and always took the time to greet us, and answer any questions. The kitchen and housekeeping staff worked hard to make the environment pleasant for my dad. Thank you for your compassionate care.

Hello Andrea, Thank you so much for the kind words. I can truly say for Beth, Kendra, Amanda and all of us at VibraLife we loved having your dad with us. He was always such a gentleman, it was a pleasure having him in our life. Greg

I was sent to Vibra Life from the hospital with serious chest muscle/cartilage damage and a fractured sternum. The pain was horrific any time I physically moved. It was explained the healing process would take at LEAST 4-6 weeks. Truth is maybe more like 8 weeks. EVERYONE was very good to me. The Nurses were all outstanding. They were so knowledgeable and patient with my questions. With my chest pain at first I couldn’t get up and care for myself. When I had to page for help-everyone was patient until my pain and strength got better and I could get out of bed myself. Housekeeping kept everything clean in our rooms and the building. Wish I could have been allowed a raised potty seat. My only complaint was the food. In part this was my problem. Being in so much pain and having had stomach surgery years ago my diet is very restrictive. Thanks to all the staff.

Hi Jeannine, Thanks so much for sharing your experience at VibraLife. I will be sure to share your remarks with the nursing team. They try very hard each day to meet and exceed patients expectations with compassion, professionalism and knowledge. It is always nice to hear that we provide a clean, safe and supportive environment. I apologize we did not meet all your dietary needs. Best wishes for a healthy and Happy Holiday season, Greg Toot, Executive Director.
