Wish I could give it 0 stars. Called seeking mental health care only to be told I need to do therapy first for an unspecified amount of time, then MAYBE i can get in with a doctor. The best part of that is you don’t even get to schedule an appt for therapy. You just have to show up during “open hours” and hope that you get seen…. Are you joking????? Tried explaining i’m willing to do therapy but need to see a doctor soon. Was told on the phone “well why don’t you try your pcp” Aren’t you guys a doctors office? “Helping” people with mental health issues?

This Mental Institution needs to close down. I will be honest for the times I gotten accepted I received a service coordinator and was placed somewhere to where I can get on my feet. But the sad part is it’s so hard to get admitted, This is at all UPMC facilities, I been very mentally Ill and been going thru recurring mental health issues over and over which lead to me loosing my job and nowhere to stay. Something needs to be done about this

Very disappointed that I've been calling this place since February and they're still not taking new patients. Your mental health should not be on hold and should be available for when you're ready to take hold of it
