Danielle is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely caring—she makes the entire process feel seamless and supported. Catherine, Ken, Toni, Carin, Nikita, Billy and Julia are just as wonderful. The entire team creates a warm, welcoming environment where you feel like more than just a number. Highly recommend this community for anyone looking for compassionate care and an amazing experience!

Danielle and her team are great! I love that every staff member knows the name of every resident! The food is excellent and the facility is clean and bright. I am so happy that even though the circumstances that brought mom here were not ideal, she is thriving and happy in her new home. I am confident that my mom is well cared-for now that she's living at the Residence at Bala Cynwyd.
