The Palmerton, An Inspirit Senior Living Community

My mother who has dementia is in the Memory Care Unit. Honestly Lynette is the best! The activities she does with the residents are above and beyond. Imagine having water balloon day with dementia patients! That was today. She let them soak her with them! This is just one of the literally hundreds of things she does. Bingo, match games, arts and crafts. They are so lucky to have her. Her patience is amazing. Also a huge shout out to the nurse support staff. Every concern I’ve ever brought up was taken care of. Thank you Grace. Lastly Tammy in housekeeping, you and your team work tirelessly. Ever walk into a home and get hit with a wall of smell. Never, ever. Thank you. I would recommend The Palmerton. We can’t all have our loved ones with us. Thank you for all you do. I feel like I’ve become friends with much of the staff, that says a lot.

My mom is a recent resident at The Palmerton. Everyone is so friendly, both the staff and all the residents I’ve come across. It gives me such peace of mind to know how well they take care of her.

Nice, bright,clean facility,. Staff is always friendly, courteous and helpful.

Severely understaffed. The website is inaccurate. There is not an RN on staff 24/7. There is significant turnover of staff. My parent was a resident for 3 years.
