I live at here at Manor at Market Square and I really like it! The people are all wonderful. It’s a pleasure living here. I feel very lucky to have a second family!

My wife and I have been residents of The Manor @Market Square for more than 6 months and we are pleased with the facilities, the staff and dining. One of the benefits for us has been the fact that we can share an apartment even though we each have different healthcare needs. Independent Living vs. Personal Care.

Response from the owner

Thank you for your wonderful review, Tommy!

The aides and Housekeeping are kind & friendly but the Director and medical staff are terrible! When he 1st moved in 3 years ago, the director, Mary, was excellent and took care of things. Three Directors later, and this place has gone down terribly. My husband is in Assisted Care so I pay a HEFTY monthly charge and he doesn't receive the care I am paying for. Today, when he fell and had open wounds on his knee and foot, they didn't even have bandages for it. This is NOT the 1st time this has happened. I can't blame the medical staff too much if they're not even given the supplies! Totally unacceptable! The corporate office should investigate what is going on here.

Response from the owner

Judy, We are concerned by your comments and have researched your husband's fall. Please know that Manor at Market Square does have first aid supplies and is equipped to care for our residents' needs. We encourage you to schedule a care plan meeting to discuss your husband's care with our care team.
