Absolutely beautiful facility with very friendly, caring staff. Tracey gave us a tour and explained everything in detail. She also genuinely loves her job and firmly believes this place treats our loved ones like family. It was extremely clean and we felt so welcomed. Highly recommend!

While visiting many times I have spoken to some great staff. But Ron the administrator is a very big sour puss! Not friendly at all! Have said Hi and he turns his head. What a jerk!!! Cleanliness of the patients is not kept up very well for the ones who need it. 2 showers a week is not enough! The place looks nice on the outside but as usual walk down the halls the smell of urine hits you. This is uncalled for for all the money these people pay. And to have such a sour puss running the place! On another visit and most of staff are very nice except that unfriendly pitiful Ron! What a sourpuss!! He needs to get a different job! He is not someone to see when you walk into that place! Very very unfriendly!!!
