The Fountains at Indiana

My father has been there for 6 weeks and our experience so far has exceeded expectations. Finding the right environment for a parent when they are struggling can be difficult, but Wendy and her team have been a real blessing. Beautiful facility, invested ownership and a patient staff that cares about their residents. Highly recommended.

This is by far the most clean, friendly and beautiful Care Home, I have ever seen. The staff is well trained, educated and vey versatile. Very homey and welcoming. The food is homemade and prepared daily. Daily activities and amenities for the residents.

My 90 year old mother was recently admitted to The Fountains. WOW what a place. First as you see the building you can't believe its size. It isn't like some little house. More like a 5 star hotel. The building is only a few months old and simply stunning. Big living room type areas as well as small alcoves so there is soooo much space for people to congregate or sit by themselves. Not to mention an enormous patio complete with flowers, and herb garden so the residents have things to look at and take care of. My mother's suite is lovely. Beautiful private complete bathroom and a small kitchenette area. Given that they get three fresh made meals a day, I doubt she will ever use it, but still nice to feel complete. The food is all fresh made. The pantry very small, because most of the food is fresh veggies and meat, etc. Mom cleans all her plate! Of course outside appearance is one thing, care is much more important. It starts with an outstanding Nurse administrator, Wendy. Fabulous care and customer service. She will do anything needed for the residents and staff. Believe me this is a 24/7 job and she is there! The CNA's are very attentive and moving all the time. Very personable and really get the job done. Activities is starting there but nice group of staff and volunteers doing crafts and bingo and movement. Always hard making a decision that someone isn't independent anymore, but boy has The Fountains made that easy for me. Mom is quite happy and I no longer have to worry about her falling alone in her home.
