The Birches at Newtown

I wanted to share a genuine shout out to Shari and Sarah who have supported many of my clients with top level customer service when hosting us for tours and education. They truly care. You can tell from the warm greeting and smiles you get when greeted at the door! They are interested in the family as much as the potential resident. The right questions are asked and they establish trust and understanding instantly. I watch my clients come in at times nervous and anxious. These woman are so good at what they do. I feel the tension leave and the concerns are conveyed with ease and willingness. The tour is always based on the specific circumstances and I love how they do this so seamlessly. Keep it up!! I had the best experience at Birches of Newtown. It was clean and had a warm, inviting feel. Their executive director, Lakia, is wonderful. She made me feel at home and spent time answering all of my questions. The residents were all smiling and happy. I would highly recommend you visit here if you are looking for a home for a loved one !!
