Now this is a 5 STAR FACILITY. I want to take the time to publicly thank Destiny, the Director of Admissions, who took her time to provide me a last minute tour. She was very thorough, informative, and pleasant. I read reviews about her knowing the residents, and it is not a lie. First impressions are everything, and I was very pleased with my experience visiting this facility. The chapel was gorgeous and the staff were very welcoming.

My dad has only been there overnight so far, it's going to be a couple weeks I think, but as things goe right now, he has nothing but good things to say about the place. He's been in other physical rehab places and always complains about the coffee and the food, but not at St. Mary's. He told me the food was really good and so is the coffee! My sister has had to speak to the nurses station a few times about our dad and they were all very nice and helpful as well. So far so good! I'm glad he likes the place, gives me peace of mind.

My mom was often neglected becasue they “ were short staffed “ and most of the staff that was there was lazy and rude. Including the kitchen staff. Sad how they treated her. Had I known I never would have had her there. Everytime I complained they had excuses and made me feel like I was bothering them. Run.
