RUN, DO NOT WALK, to the nearest exit!!! Get out fast. I don’t really even want to give them a one star, but it’s the lowest rating they allow. This God forsaken place was a nightmare once it became Silver Springs with Cura Living managing it. And don’t believe the good reviews or the company’s responses to the concerns everyone is sharing. They don’t attempt to change their ways and have only increased prices and decreased services. If the smell doesn’t hit you when you enter the memory care unit on the third floor, pay attention to it. My family members were not given proper care, even with me going there all the time. Complaining to the front office staff never helped. They truly don’t care about the residents wellbeing. It’s so sad. The fact that the STATE has issued them a PROVISIONAL LICENSE should speak volumes to those who aren’t aware of the situations going on there. The police have been there multiple times, including yesterday. This is clearly not a good sign. The employee turnover rate is atrocious and the living conditions for the residents is beyond unacceptable. Dirty undergarments laying around with feces even smeared on walls and in bathrooms seems like a health hazard to me. Dirty 3rd floor dining room and filthy kitchen area were horrendous. The frequency of documented UTI’s my family members got had to play a part in their deteriorating health. The lack of staff was obvious but no matter how much we complained, nothing changed. The lack of staff created great pressure on the few that are there. It is impossible for them to give good care under those conditions. Our loved ones get to suffer because of this. Standards of care are not being met. If you truly LOVE your LOVED ONE, investigate thoroughly before you go there. They will sugarcoat everything. It’s up to you to do the real detective work before you leave a loved one alone with them. We never looked back after leaving there. Since leaving, it has been the best decision I ever made for my loved one. They are getting the truly good care that they deserve at this time in their life, when they are counting on others to do the right thing and actually help them. Loving them is a bonus I didn’t even expect. There are several good options in the BLUE BELL area that they could be PLACED. Please take the time to explore. It will save you a lot of unnecessary heartache. God help all of the residents who can’t help themselves. Truly heartbreaking to watch. They changed the name, hoping to hide all the old bad reviews, but we know and we all talk. The TRUTH always rises to the top. PLEASE BE CAREFUL!

Thank you for sharing this feedback. We take concerns like yours very seriously, and we are truly sorry to hear about your experience and the distress it has caused you and your loved ones. No family should ever feel unheard or uncertain about the care being provided. Since the beginning of 2026, we have implemented a number of meaningful changes across our community, all centered on improving the quality of care, safety, and overall resident experience. These include strengthened communication practices with families, enhanced staffing support and training, and more consistent leadership presence within the community. In our plant operations and housekeeping departments, we have introduced stricter cleanliness protocols and rapid-response procedures to address concerns immediately. For our memory care neighborhood specifically, we have taken additional steps to ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment. This includes specialized staff training, updated care protocols, and closer monitoring of resident wellness and hygiene needs. We take all feedback seriously and have worked diligently to strengthen our operations while maintaining compliance and licensure. We understand that trust is built through action, not words. While we cannot change past experiences, we are committed to improving every day and holding ourselves accountable to higher standards. We would truly welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly, listen more deeply to your concerns, and share in detail the additional actions and policies we’ve put in place. Our email is reachout@curaliving.com. Your voice is important, and conversations like this help guide our continued progress.

If you truly care about your loved one this is not a place to take them especially for memory care. Housekeeping and personal hygiene is atrocious to say the least. Staff are disinterested and leadership is non existent. Staff department heads do not walk the floors or do spot inspections. Corporate will post a standard reply to this but there's a reason they are under a provision license because they are ineffective as well. Numerous complaints are filed with the state. I won't post photos due to decency on my part. Beware.
