Elk Haven is a nonprofit skilled nursing and rehabilitation center providing 24-hour professional nursing care, comprehensive rehabilitative therapy, and a secure memory care unit. Silver Creek Terrace is a nonprofit personal care community offering assistance with daily living for independent seniors, located next to Elk Haven to allow transition between levels of care.

This is a wonderful facility and I really appreciated how well the staff took care of my grandma, especially Jessica. As a caregiver, Jessica went above and beyond to make sure grandma had everything she needed! She even made sure to follow up her next shift to make sure grandma was comfortable. And Jessica was so friendly and compassionate to me when I visited, making sure to update on grandma’s activities. Top notch all around!
