Needing help at night, you wait for hours! Food is terrible,

My mother was admitted on a Tuesday. That following Sunday we noticed she was in severe pain and slightly unresponsive. I asked the med tech if she fell the night before and was told no but she was found walking around in her room. That’s impossible cause she couldn’t stand yet alone walk. The following day when my father went to see her she was at the salon. She was in the chair slouched over and unresponsive. My father asked for a doctor but there were none on site. He asked if someone could check her vitals but he said they either didn’t know how or the equipment wasn’t working. Regardless, he asked them to call 911. The ER doctor told us that she had a fractured back, a fractured leg and 3 broken ribs due to a fall. Unfortunately my mother never recovered and died as a result of her injuries. Please if you love your family member I’m begging you to never admit them to this facility. My father and I witnessed many other disturbing things there. Please do not consider this place. They should be shut down! I would give it a minus 100 stars if I could.
