My rating is for the dining area only. They’re always messing up, very slow and the salads always taste dirty. The head chef needs to be fired immediately.

My husband got very sick several years ago, and ended up in the hospital. I was unable to bring him home and had to make a fairly quick decision about finding him a suitable place to live after his discharge. I settled on Revelle for several reasons: it did not look like a typical senior home, as a matter of fact, it resembled a fancy hotel. Another reason I chose it was because of their fabulous physical therapy group Fox rehab. We had used them when my husband was at home and they were excellent and continue to be. Having them on the premises makes a huge difference because the Care is just a few steps away or in your room if you need it. Over the past two years, Revelle has undergone new management. We couldn’t be happier. When complaints were voiced about the quality of the food, a new chef was hired. And now my husband loves the food choices he has and the taste of the food. At age 90, this is a very important part of life for him . The billing department Is very quick to respond and works well with our Long-term care insurance. I like that they have periodic town halls so that people can voice their concerns about whatever is on their mind. And the most important part is that the management is listening to them and making changes as needed.
