RP Home (now Concordia at RP Home as of May 2026) is a licensed Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Pittsburgh serving older adults since 1897. It offers a full continuum of care including independent living, personal care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation services with a person-centered approach addressing spiritual, physical, social and mental well-being.
