My father was in the skilled nursing rehabilitation section at Quality Life- Westmont. He is 97 years old and had a fall and slight fracture in his tibia. He is home now and thriving. Getting better each day. The staff at Quality Life has been a big part of that. They were attentive to his needs. He was always clean and fresh and well fed. The staff would keep us informed of his progress and any changes. I would be happy to recommend this place to others. Lisa Tomechak, daughter of Michael Teplica

My step father has been in the personal care side for almost 2 years, everyone is friendly and helpful and he gets great care. Communication is very fast if/when we need anything or have a question. I have zero complaints. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I feel like there could be more activities or social opportunities but overall we are highly satisfied.

they like to lock people who doordash in the building and not help them get out when there is a VERY OBVIOUS KEYPAD WITH A PASSCODE THAT THE EMPLOYEES HAVE. Like i could understand if it was a patient or whomever but you cant just lock anyone in the building and give them attitude when they try and ask for help leaving, i really wish i could give 0 stars, i really wish this review would have the company really questioning who tf they hire. get mad yall left reviews up for this reason. THIS is yalls response to someone proving yall to be disgusting and ignorant and all you got was "we work tirelessly" WE ALL DO, ITS CALLED LIFE YOU EITHER DO IT CORRECTLY OR FIND A JOB WHERE YOU CAN BE CARELESS!! want me to call just to hang up when called, "hence" why i said if youre gonna have a pad code make sure your workers are willing to let someone out if theyre ringing the alarm, screaming, flashing a flashlight. that is absurd and your response is idiotic.

Zero Stars Rating: The day after my father came home from Westmont Woods the Home Health Nurse gave my father eight (8) days to live and he is now on hospice. The information on my father's discharge paperwork regarding certain physical stats as well as physical capabilities was completely wrong to the point, it appears, to be a lie!! On the transportation home, Westmont Woods did not have enough diapers for my father so they tapped a smaller diaper to his body which fell down to his ankles and casued an accident. In addition, his cloths that were sent home stunk of urine and BM which took fours washes to get the smell out of his cloths. Since this experience, I've talked with multiple people who worked at his location and they told me of the toxic envirnoment amongst the staff and how patient information would be "fudged". I asked these individuals to explain "fudged" and they did not want to ellaborate for fear of professional blowback. The one good point, the administration office who handles getting paid was very quick to keep me updated on bills, what insurance was paying, what we owed, and sending bills in the mail. iwas the care team was this dilligent at keeping me updated on my father's health! If you are sending a loved one here, i suggest.. Don't ! However, if you are sending a love here, go every single day to ensure proper care.

We are sorry to read your review, Jason. When we reached out after your father’s discharge, we were not made aware of such concerns. Our Director of Nursing personally helped your father prepare for discharge home so your comments are surprising and disappointing to us. If you would like to further discuss your concerns so we may resolve them properly, please feel free to call us at (814) 255 – 5539. We look forward to speaking to you.
