Providence Place of Pine Grove

Providence Pine Grove went the extra mile for my mother. Mom was only there for 5 weeks. The staff truly cared about mom. The transition was handled very well. The staff communicated with us all the way. The staff was also very caring for my mother. Tressa in particular stood out to us in mom's care. She genuinely cares for her residents. The experience at Pine Grove was more than we could have expected. Thank you for everything you and your staff did for my mother.

From our very first visit to Providence Place, we felt welcomed and reassured. The staff took time to answer every question and made the transition for my father feel gentle rather than overwhelming. Since move-in day, that same warmth has continued — caregivers know him by name and check in with genuine care, not just routine. The facility itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and activities are thoughtfully planned to keep residents engaged. Communication with our family has been consistent and honest, which means a lot during a hard transition. We’ve felt like partners in his care rather than outsiders. Choosing Providence Place has given our family real peace of mind. We’re grateful for how they’ve cared for him from day one to now. We would also like to give a shout out to Paul Bruno who has been helping us since Day1 and still continues to do so.

Great staff !!! Best place to place a loved one !!! Lots of activities and everyone enjoys their jobs ! Clean, personable and a place that has a RN and all other qualities needed to care for your loved one ! Highly recommend this place !

Providence Place Pine Grove is an exceptional facility. The staff and management truly care about their residents and ensure they are properly cared for. My grandmother moved in a few weeks ago and we are continuously impressed with the attention each staff member gives, always ensuring to call back family members when are checking in. If you are looking for a facility for loved ones, I cannot recommend Providence Place Pine Grove enough. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

From the first day my dad became a resident to his final hour I knew he had the best care possible. The staff also cared for me in his final days. I received alot of hugs and every one told a loving or funny story about my dad.
