Kelly is the best activities director in the entire Lehigh Valley. She is a consummate professional who values the residents and truly respects their wishes and tastes. Kelly creates a strong, safe structure while still allowing for spontaneity, creativity, and levity.

The residents are ignored and cannot get help when needed. The staff is mean to the patients and family members. The individual rooms are rarely cleaned, showers are not given as scheduled and the food is awful. I moved my mother to another facility and never looked back. If I could give a negative rating I would.

This place is NOT what they “claim” to be. NO licensed personnel, the “ vice president “ is NON EXISTENT”. Please do your homework. It looks amazing, but the care is SUBPAR!! 😡😡
