An exceptional place for your loved ones to recover, where everyone is genuinely cared for. They offer numerous enjoyable activities and outings, maintaining a clean environment. The nurses and aides are truly dedicated and special.

With the exception of a few wonderful people, the staff is cold and uncaring. When my dad passed I got a call saying “He is deceased”. That’s it. Not a single word of condolences from ANYBODY. I could say so much, but I’ll leave at “do not bring anyone you love to this place” for MANY reasons.

I have lived at NewSeasons at New Britain since January of 2025. It is a really nice place to live and the residents are very friendly and welcoming. The staff is very professional, caring and always willing to help. The caregivers have alot of patience and very kind. The apartment is very cozy and fits alot of my furniture. Transportation is available and schedules many trips to include stores, restaurants and casinos. There is also along vehicle for medical appointments. Very happy

After looking at other senior living places I decided on New Seasons because as I entered I was greeted by a very friendly staff. I also like the community was small and the building bright. After being here for awhile I found that there are many activities that I enjoy and have found a group of new friends. I feel like I am part of a big family. I would recommend New Seasons at New Britain to anyone ready to explore a pleasant Senior living experience.
