New Haven has become a valued home for our mother. Everyone who is employed there is wonderful to work worth. For my sisters and me, we don’t have to worry about our mother getting excellent care.

Our family is incredibly grateful for the care and compassion shown by the staff at Newhaven Court at Lindwood. From the moment our Mother arrived, the team treated her with dignity, kindness, and respect. The caregivers were attentive, patient, and always willing to answer our questions and keep us informed. We especially appreciated the clean, welcoming environment and the activities designed to keep residents engaged and comfortable. Knowing our Mom was safe and genuinely cared for gave our family tremendous peace of mind during a very difficult time. I would highly recommend New Haven Court at Lindwood. The staff is truly amazing, very friendly, always smiling and most importantly attentive to my mom's needs. Even if she just needs someone to sit with her and hold hand. If you're looking for a top notch Community for your loved one, look no further, you won't be disappointed.

Extremely unprofessional and rude cooking staff top to bottom they also lack basic food safety rules allowing sick employees to handle food for elderly residents whose immune systems are already weaker and compromised from being at an older age it is a total and utter joke of a establishment that should be looked into

Newhaven Court didn’t just provide a place for my parents-in-law to live—they provided our entire family with peace of mind and profound and life changing support. From our initial tour, we knew this community was different. Every team member treats residents like family. The hallways are filled with smiles, and the low staff turnover means our family sees the same dedicated caregivers week after week, from the clinical team to the front desk and maintenance. Every team member from the Directors, Doctor, Physician Assistant, Aides, Housekeeping, Dining, Maintenance go above and beyond. The team at Newhaven are always kind, patience, understanding, professional and above all else dedicated to doing everything they can to support their residents and their family. When you have team members volunteer to be away from their own families, and stay during a snowstorm to ensure the residents are cared for, you know Newhaven is a very special place. Their compassion was on full display when my father-in-law transitioned into hospice. The grace, expertise, and love shown to my husband, my mother-in-law, and me during that time was unforgettable. Today, my mother-in-law is happier, healthier, and more alert than she has been in years. Having researched and toured numerous facilities, Newhaven Court is truly the gold standard for care and value.
