Morningside House of Exton

Mother in law has been there for a couple of years now and ever since our original director left it has been going down quickly. Things stolen from room, room not being cleaned, mom not being cleaned (supposed to be included) we have to ask for these things and be persistent to get what is supposed to be included. Instead of spending time with our loved one we have to do the things they are supposed to be doing and complain to the director to try to get right. All we get is sorry, nothing ever changes, just false promises. Extremely disappointed especially since cost is so high. When we made the choice of sunrise ( wife & I looked at about 10 different homes)we were told we could relax and not worry but for months all we do is worry and get upset, opposite of what was promised. Updating my review because it changed ownership and employees and my parents were now in need of help. It Looked great and staff seemed attentive but my brothers chose another home although this was my #1 Choice along with my wife's! Our sales rep was amazing every step of the way, Thank U Mindy

I’ve had a very positive experience with Morningside House of Exton. The recent improvements and renovations are noticeable and create a warm, inviting atmosphere. From the moment you walk through the doors, you feel genuinely welcomed, and it’s clear that the residents are happy and well cared for. I’d also like to recognize Mindy, who has been wonderful to work with—kind, professional, and truly caring. Her dedication really stands out.

The building is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed, but it’s the people who make it truly special. Every team member I’ve met is kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. The activities are meaningful and fun, the food is delicious, and the whole atmosphere feels vibrant and welcoming. You can tell everyone here is committed to creating a real sense of home.
