Merrill Gardens at West Chester

After doing his research, meeting with Alyssa for a tour and having lunch my father decided that this was the place for him. My sister and I set up a tour and Alyssa could not have been more amazing. She answered every question we had and assured us that he would love it there. She made herself available on weekends so I could go over and see his apartment and get the layout. There are endless activities to do, trips, and fun happy hours for the residents. He has been there for just over a month now and is settling in nicely. Alyssa and the entire staff made the transition easy! Five stars from me!!

Alyssa was very helpful, answered all our questions, followed up. Loved the community. Beautifully designed considering not only the residents but also the family visitors. What a great place for kids to visit Gran! Spacious common areas.

I was invited here to perform with my school's choir for the veterans. We were graciously hosted in their lovely facility. I look forward to returning there.

Memory care is not committed to compassion or cleanliness. I pulled my guy out after just 34 days as the burden for monitoring his care had to be overseen. This is not a place you can trust your loved ones to be properly cared for. At a great expense the hard learned lesson was obvious from 7/15/24 - 8/19/24. Do not be fooled.

We had my aunt at Arbor Square for many years and were very happy with the service and care they provided her. The staff is very attentive and always willing to work with the family.
