It says 24 hrs on the website but nobody is available. Also tried email but that came back non attended and not an actual email. How am I supposed to ask ask questions or understand needs without the said requirements of the facility?

If you call (814) 288-2724 and choose Health Care or Personal Care centers those areas are staffed 24/7. They may not be able to answer your immediate question but can at least relay a message or get in touch with appropriate staff. Simply the best around. I'll go there just to eat from time to time. Kitchen is clean, and staff friendly caring and always thoughtful. This is THE best place to have a loved one stay at in their elder years. The truly care.
