A caring and compassionate team led by amazing leaders with high expectations of quality patient care, dignity, and respect! The community is beautiful and very home like. Always greeted with a smile by everyone! If you need help, they are always happy to lend a hand! Would definitely recommend!

Like paying to be put in prison, didn’t even bother to let me know my wife was near death so I didn’t even get to speak with Elsie. Minus five stars. No matter what happened it’s always the patients fault, All the hugs and kisses for Jeff Long and officials who work at 2611 are bogus, just for starters there are just two covered parking spaces, only officials at 2611 can park there, forcing patients, including the most seriously ill and everyone handicapped to travel far too far when coming and going in any kind of weather, I have seen quite a few patients struggling Elsie’s room violated all regulations for patients on oxygen. Plus the two overlapping doors in the room would not have passed a single family home inspection they were a severe danger, even employees said so, just as bad was Graystone’s complete disregard for written regulations concerning bathrooms which state, must be adjacent to the patient’s bedroom TWENTY FEET OR MORE IS FAR FROM ADJACENT

The caregivers here really do care! My sweet Aunt has been here for almost two years. Her needs have substantially increased and the staff continues to be so compassionate. ♥️

What a beautiful well kept place. Clean and Friendly environment with lots of smiling faces. Ashley Correale is such a wonderful person happy to help anyone and everyone.

The staff and management team are one of the best! Residents are treated like family and the facility is absolutely stunning. No better place to put a loved one!
