Making the decision to move our father into Fieldstone at Chester Springs was one of the hardest decisions our family ever had to make. We wanted to make sure we were making the right choice, and from the moment we met Laura Fanning, we felt supported every step of the way. Laura never pressured us. She understood how emotional and difficult this decision was for us. Laura’s kindness and caring nature made an overwhelming process so much easier. Thanks to her guidance, our father’s transition into Fieldstone at Chester Springs has gone very smooth. We are deeply grateful to Laura for her support and heartfelt compassion. She didn’t just help us find a place for our father , she helped our family through one of the most difficult transitions of our lives. Even after Dad moved in, Laura’s support didn’t stop. She always answers our calls or messages, no matter how busy she is , and regularly checks in on our dad to make sure he is doing well. We are so grateful for everything she has done and highly recommend Fieldstone at Chester Springs to any family looking for a caring community with people who truly go above and beyond!

My family and I had an emergent need for my father to move into an assisted living facility. Laura Fanning - Community Relations Director, Tabatha Paez - Director of Nursing, and Karen Garland - Executive Director at Field Stone were absolutely amazing in every way during the transition, as well as during the “settling in” phase at Field Stone. We left a larger community for Field Stone. It has turned out to be a great decision.  Laura and Tabatha put their heart and soul into helping us at a time of crisis.  It would be impossible to write enough positive comments about Field Stone and their staff.

Our family recently moved our mom into memory care at Fieldstone, and we're very grateful for the experience so far. We toured many communities in Chester County and even into Delaware, but Fieldstone stood out for its apartments, caring staff, and the large secured patio where mom enjoys spending time. We are especially thankful for Laura Fanning (Community Relations Director), Tabatha Paez (Director of Nursing), and Amanda Berry (Memory Care Director). Their compassion, patience, and willingness to answer all of our questions made a difficult decision more manageable. They provided guidance and support throughout the process, and it has continued beyond move-in day. We truly appreciates the care and kindness shown to our mom and our family.

We had such a positive experience with Fieldstone at Chester Springs during a very emotional and difficult time for our family. From the very beginning, the staff was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. A special thank you to Laura, the Community Relations Director, who truly went above and beyond. There was never any pressure—just genuine care, thoughtful guidance, and a deep respect for what our family needed. That meant more to us than words can express. Tabitha, the Director of Nursing, and the entire team were equally wonderful—compassionate, attentive, and always willing to take the time to answer questions and reassure us. We also want to recognize Molly, who assists with the activities program. She is truly full of life and fun, bringing such energy, creativity, and joy to the residents. It’s clear she genuinely cares about making each day engaging and meaningful. It’s evident that everyone there is dedicated to treating residents with dignity and kindness. We are so grateful to have found a place where our mother is cared for with such warmth. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone navigating this journey.
