Faithful Living

Please do not trust your loved ones in their care. If I could rate less than 1 star, I would. My mother was just placed on hospice in there care and I’m unable to reach her. I call and receive no answer or I’m told someone will call me back and they never do. I asked how she was and was told, “ I don’t know.” Her name is spelled wrong on her door. Very disheartening! Update…4/26. I was contacted after this review by Sara, administrator maybe? She gave me her cell number and set up a time each day for them to call me to speak with my mother. They updated her name on her door and called faithfully and consistently until a week ago. I contacted Sara and stated I had a question, she said she was in a meeting and I never heard from her again, that’s been two weeks ago and the calls stopped a week ago. Now back to no answers or staff asking for me to call back. Still very disappointed and no consistency.

Wonderful community atmosphere with staff who truly care about the residents and families that they serve! They also partner with different supportive services for your loved one as needed to set them up for success!
