I have worked with Sam regarding several of my clients who needed an advocate for coming to a community for various reasons. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient when listening and offering support. He is experienced and understands how difficult these decisions can be. He asks thoughtful questions and is excellent with follow up and communication. I am proud every time to take clients to tour with Sam. He roles out the red carpet as the warmest host! 10 ⭐️!!
