Brightview has been a wonderful place for my relative. It has beautiful grounds, plenty of activities, and pretty delicious meals, but it is the staff that makes it truly special, especially Allerlie, Rita, Eugene, and Jackie. Unfortunately, Jackie has just left and I hear she may have been passed over for a position that she was more than qualified to have, Director of Activities. She was amazing with the residents and visitors, alike. Her patience and disposition are unmatched and whatever company gains her on staff is truly blessed. Her presence will be greatly missed. Many of the residents are saddened by her abrupt departure. She hosted many of the activities from games to cooking demonstrations .Hopefully Brightview will replace her with someone equally as beautiful to keep up the high standard of service that Brightview is known and awarded for.
