Belle Reve Senior Living Center

I just moved my Mom in. She wants to be independent, but she needs support. And that’s what Belle Reve offers. A beautiful private room with meals and professionals to help her when she needs it.

Having been a social person all of his life, it was heartbreaking to see our Dad sit home alone all day every day, not wanting to do anything or go anywhere after our Mom passed. We have had a great experience with him having moved to Belle Reve. From the initial intro and tours with Renee and Heather, who also assisted with the intake interview and registration, we were treated with care and regard specific to our family. It was a very emotional experience, and the entire team worked to support us. Our dad's transition was tricky, and again, all of us were supported by the staff at Belle Reve. Luckily, that difficulty lasted only about a month for our Dad, and since then, he feels very comfortable and completely well taken care of, "like a king". The staff are all caring and friendly, which means so much to us. He is pretty self sufficient, so we were mainly looking to ensure his safety, and that his daily needs are met. There had been a concern, with the lack of communication/response from management on several occasions over the first few months of our dad's stay. Luckily our family has been diligent in staying on top of the issues. We have seen much improvement with the change in staff over the past few months (especially once the Regional Director Kristen got involved and Theo was hired) and are grateful for their assistance. There were recurrent issues that Chris from Maintenance has been working tirelessly to resolve, and he has gone above and beyond to keep us updated. The staff who care directly for my dad (especially when he gives Jenna a hard time 🙈) are patient and kind. Arielle and Rosa are great at keeping us in the loop. In sum, our priority is our dad's well being and we are so grateful to see him happy, being social and well cared for by all of the staff at Belle Reve.

It is a difficult decision to leave one's home at any stage of life and to move. Luckily for my family the decision to move my father to Belle Reve has been extremely positive. The staff are extremely attentive and caring and they all -overall treat him like family. The apartments/rooms are immaculate and the food is fantastic. Overall, this was an excellent choice for Dad. He's happy! We wanted to thank Renee for meeting with us a year ago to begin this transition. She was so well informed, attentive and kind. (Amy and Pete)

The entire staff very helpful in all aspects of care.

We spent the day with Armida and had pizza for lunch for Mothers Day everyone was happy to see her room and service taking good care of her.
