Arden Courts (Jefferson Hills)

Arden Courts was exceptional. From the caregivers, to the nurses, to the office staff, and the maintenance staff, everyone made a difference in people's lives. Both for the residents and for the families of the residents. The kindness and consideration for people was extraordinary.

From the moment you enter the well cared for grounds of this dedicated memory care facility, the welcoming feeling is immediate. As you enter the secured building, the smiling faces begin at the front desk. Fresh baked cookies and beverages are available as you come into the lobby. When you enter into the secured house from the lobby the feeling is calm and the four "houses" within are beautifully decorated. The staff in all departments are a great team, dedicated to each residents needs. The love and care they provide is done with compassion and meets each resident where they are in their own journey of memory care. The residents are kept active and engaged with scheduled activities every day. The food always smells good coming from the kitchen, and each house and common area kept neat and clean. I wish I had had known of this facility while I was caring for my mother in law, she suffered from vascular dementia. While it was an honor to provide her with the care she needed, as I have a care giver background, to have been able to provide her with care by Arden-Courts could have relieved my family of many worries, stress, and sleepless nights. Caregiver burnout is real. Give yourself some grace and trust the skilled team to give your loved one a secure, safe, and loving home to live their memory care journey.
