My family and I can never say enough good things about this facility, the administrator and the staff. Our dad moved in Dec 2024; it was a horrible time for our family and our dad. They showed us love and compassion as we navigated the pits of dementia as we also grieved the father we once had to the person he now was. We are so thankful to have found Jackie and her staff. Would recommend 1000% to anyone that needs placement.

Response from the owner

Yes, Laura, thank you. Jackie and the staff do work hard and care not only about residents' wellbeing but also their entire families.

Great Place, my brother has lived here for about over 2 years now. Staff is very helpful and friendly, everyone from the administrator to the housekeepers make you feel very welcomed. They care about my brother and that is very important to me. Highly recommend

Response from the owner

Helen, it is a pleasure to care for your brother!

The worst decision I ever made was to move my mother into Alexandria Manor. The Bath location was (as of 2022) dirty. They never answered the phone and the doors were locked so visiting was practically impossible. Apparently it hasn't gotten any better since staff members are giving reviews as of 2 months ago.
