My friend’s mother was a resident at this nursing home, and we made the decision to remove her due to serious concerns about management and professionalism. We did not feel confident that the staff were properly certified or adequately trained. It was unclear whether qualified CNA-verified nurses were consistently available, which raised major concerns about the level of care being provided. The environment felt disorganized, and communication from management was poor. Choosing a nursing home is a serious decision, and based on our experience, we would strongly encourage families to thoroughly research other facilities before placing a loved one here.

I remember this place as a child growing up in Winchester MA. My mother took me here and I developed a bond with one lady named "Pete". I remember visiting her weekly and spending time talking with her. I remember the last time I went to visit her and they told me that she was no longer with us. It was extremely difficult as a child to not fully understand why. I appreciate this place and the community. Although I no longer live in Winchester, I have very fond memories of being here.
