My mother has received excellent care in their assisted living unit. The Willow Brook staff has longevity, which is important when building a good team and care system. Good food, fun activities and pleasant, peaceful environment.

We support most senior living communities in and around Columbus. The team at Willowbrook is exceptional. Everyone including management, nurses, aids are very caring and compassionate. Both directors of Nursing, Mary Jane. In assisted living and Theresa and skilled nursing are amazing to work with. They are extremely dedicated to their teams and their residents.

My brother-in-law contracted COVID at this facility while there for rehab. He died on Friday. Don’t put your loved one there unless you want to be planning a funeral.
