West Chester Assisted Living & Memory Care

I just found out now that they are providing medical/financial information to people that are not the POA. I have had no updates and I I’m still waiting for the director to call me back after requesting so back in March. I would not recommend this location. Oh also fun fact they don’t let you use the dumpsters if your family members need to get rid of a piece of furniture despite charging almost 50,000 a year for a studio apartment.

Cornerstone is a great company. The lady they have sent not only is my caregiver but a friend. She’s actually awesome!!

My cousin lived in assisted living for approximately one year before passing this past December. We found the facility to be extremely supportive. The staff was very kind and attentive and they were there when my cousin needed them, especially towards the end. When she first came to Traditions from hospital rehab, she got a lot of benefit from the physical therapist. She was a lifelong gardener, and management allowed her to plant a few vegetables in the patio area...that meant a lot. In addition to the care she received there, she was able to form wonderful friendships with many of the other residents...in fact, she became more social than she had been in a long time. And thumbs up to the chefs. I heard many positive comments regarding the food. Overall, it was a huge relief knowing our family member was in such good hands. Thank you Lavel and to all the staff for everything you do!

Disappointing. My family had such high hopes given shiny new facility. Unfortunately shiny and new is best part by far. Way too expensive for no services. My uncle and family were sold a story of great caring staff and wonderful activities and whatever food pleases you. None of this applies. I thought my husband was kidding when he stated they fed his uncle slop, but no joke their friends sit around hoping they will have guests searching for a condo so they will get a decent meal. He thinks most of the nurses and helpers are nice, but they are completely unorganized and barely ever follow through with things. My uncle feels lucky he doesn't need the help and plans to stay, but my family is searching just in case it gets even worse. Hopefully corporate reads this and improves something. Administration must be brand new with no experience. I don't believe the other reviews are even real. Should have known they barely have any guests for a reason.
