Wesleyan Village

This place needs to be shut down my mother was there she fell out of her chair hit her head so hard she got brain bleed and is in the hospital fighting for her life. Here is what I don't understand she couldn't move. So how's she falling out of a chair I understand it's a lift chair and if the chair controller was next to her and she accidentally some how pressed the button the chair would lift and she could fall out but where was the staff and before staff left they should have secured the chair so this wouldn't happen what ever happened to safety first was putting her back in bed before leaving the room to big of a chore and why have the dresser pulled away from the wall to where if she fell from her chair it's obvious she would go head first into it this place shortened my mom's life extremely because of staff that doesn't care enough to think safety this happened July 2026

This place will rip you off! They have owed my family money for over 7 months now. It is one excuse after another from them. Stephanie and Michael in the business office refuse to return phone calls or give any answers. Stay away! It is not worth it the trouble!

Save yourself and family the headache this place is nasty and dirty. They definitely have bed bugs whether they disclose it truthfully or not! Very sad situation for all who unfortunately have to reside here

This could be a great facility....unfortunately the exact opposite is true. The nursing staff is totally incompetent! The nursing care is anything but caring. They "forget" to give medication; they didn't check on a resident because there was a mix up on staffing; the list goes on. The maintenance...especially the elevators...make living there unsafe. These residents rely on wheelchairs, scooters, and walkers. They cannot do stairs. Yet the elevators in this 4 floor facility are constantly broken down....trapping these elderly residents. Elevators are unusable for months at a time. Without the elevators residents cannot get to the dining room for meals. And no one cares...no one makes sure these residents trapped in their apartments get meals. So the residents go hungry. Maintenance is non-responsive. If the elderly resident can't change their own thermostat and calls for help they will have to either freeze or swelter for days ....while they keep calling for help...until maintenance MIGHT make it to their room. This is a sad and unsafe place to live! Beware.
