Village at Westerville Retirement Center the

Sad update: we are looking to move my mother. The new management has destroyed the place. They have made so many cuts to programming. So many of the wonderful workers have left. So sad and disappointed. My parents have lived at The Village for 2 years. They loved independent living but needed to move to assisted living as my father’s illness progressed. The care he received the last few months of his life could not have been better. They cared for not only my father, my mother and our entire family. They were there to help us through his final hours and helped us decide if my mother should move back to independent living. They aren’t just a senior living facility, they are family.

I attended a networking event a few months back at ProMedica Senior Living Community. The facility was clean, charming, and everyone was very polite.

The community here is amazing and mom has had wonderful care. She was on hospice for over a year and improved so much she is being taken off hospice. The nurses and aides have gone above and beyond. Activities are fun and engaging for the residents. I would highly recommend this senior community for independence as well as assisted living.

A beautiful and clean facility. It has a very home like feeling and it’s great to see so many people out and about when you walk through the front door.
