Vancrest Assisted Living of Holgate

Not worth it. Please protect your STNA license! BE CAREFUL: Please get your STNA License work verification directly as a physical copy from them with signatures. Holgate HR Jennifer Brecht and Director Heather Strauser WILL NOT submit your STNA renewal work verification to the Nurse Aide Registry like they are LEGALLY supposed to do. They say they will do it but if you quit, transfer, submit any complaints etc. they will not help you when your STNA License expires. They stop communication with you and the Registry will do nothing. You will have to take legal action or give up your license renewal. Retaking and paying for STNA course and clinicals would be another disappointing choice. I know from experience. Just know the risks of the Holgate Vancrest unprofessional facility doing this to hardworking people and families.

I love this place and all the people! They took care of my father almost as good as I could have. Rehab great.... nursing great.... follow-up & communication great.... food great. Highly recommend this facility because of their caring staff.

Would highly recommend. This is the best ECF/assisted living apartments in the area and would be my first choice for a loved one. Vancrest also partners with our congregation at St. Peter's for worship availability on Sunday, regular holiday meals for extended families, and mutual enrichment activities with our daycare.
