Visted and the carpets were atrocious! Clearly hasnt been shampooed in a long time, one other time came out to visit and there was either dried food or bowels on the carpet all crusted, clearly wasn't cleaned within the hour that's fs. Also got disrespected by a couple nurses.... Also they do not follow guidelines for the elderly.

They have taken great care of my mother, who can be difficult at times! So far. I and she are very pleased with her care.
