I was here a few weeks ago visiting an old friend from college (though, unfortunately, I had the wrong address as they had moved). Regardless, the staff at the desk Grace and Michelle were extremely kind and went out of their way to help me find my way around, especially since I had no cell service at the time. J.S.N

Had a great meeting with Natasha, the Executive Director, who was very helpful and friendly. My parents connected with her almost immediately because of her calm, professional and direct demeanor. Our tour of the building was fantastic! The manor has an old-world charm, even though it has been renovated to modern standards and is clean and well-lit. The pricing that was discussed is surprisingly affordable. I and my parents can easily see a future for them at The Residence!

The elevator floor using to transfer foods need to be cleaned and sanitized more often.
