Traditions of Beavercreek

We had an emergent situation getting my sister into assisted living. Traditions evaluated her in short order and accepted her! The manager, Tricia, gave me thorough tour of an amazing facility! She made it so easy for me to decide that this was the place! It is so clean and bright and beautiful! We got my sister onboarded quickly. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, caring, and efficient. Although my sister has been there a short period of time, she loves her pretty apartment and all the amenities that are available to her. And the food is exceptional! Everyone has just been wonderful to us! Traditions is focused on quality of life, which really impressed me, and my sister is very much looking forward to getting better at her functionality to enjoy this beautiful facility and all that it offers as well as the remainder of her life! I'm very confident that she is where she belongs and will have a beautiful experience!

I am appalled with the lack of care this place has for our elderly. These are your mother and fathers who aren’t being taken care of! Also, no one is just allowed to walk into their home. NO ONE! My mother was having breakfast at her bar. When she turned around to get up, there were strange men standing in her living room there to install the emergency buttons. No notification of arrival, no knock, just let themselves in!! Another woman was asleep in her bed and they let themselves in to her home. Another lady (who is blind) fell and pushed her button for help. No one responded to her for THREE HOURS!!!! They just let her lay on the floor! The food has gone down hill as well. It’s cold, vegetables are mushy, portions are small. They pay enough money as it is and the rent keeps going up. This place is run on greed and greed alone, not love and compassion. Traditions of Beavercreek, don’t respond back with your autogenerated replaying telling me how much you care and how my comment is so important to you and that you’re so sorry that experiences haven’t met expectations. IF you really do care, just fix it! Be better! Be better for our loved ones! Treat them the way you would want to be treated and how you would want your loved ones to be treated!!!!!!!!!

The Management staff was helpful and professional. They explained and supported us through the entire process. Our family appreciates the kindness and support during a challenging time!

They are amazing to work with! They are extremely helpful in navigating this process. The care they give to their residents shows how much they truly understand.

Front desk was absolutely rude. Called to speak to HR and kept telling me no and that she can help me. She hung up on me the first time. Extremely unprofessional.
