Dad loved The Wellington. Everything is well thought out. The rooms are beautiful and cozy. We got a kick out of the mini movie theater. The staff are the most important. They were organized, thoughtful, and so patient with all of our questions. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with furniture in the style that our elder parents lived in. Actually, it felt like home!

Response from the owner

This place is not organized. Short of staffing, billing for rent is a real problem, they take money out of patient's account knowing there is not enough money in there, generating NSF's with bank, and late fee charges for Wellington. Beware of PACE applicants, very confusing for the families with very little help.

Response from the owner

I am sorry to hear that this has been your experience. Please contact our Executive Director Eileen Drumm Moore to discuss your concerns.

This place is a treasure! I have my own apartment completely renovated with new appliances and a washer and dryer. It is my new home. I am now a part of a wonderful community. The staff knows every resident here and contributes to our daily lives. I have found comfort here. I feel safe here. I know that I can go to the consiege if I have an issue and they are here 24/7. The food is wonderful and varied! The dining staff are very personable. The maintenance staff has been there to help in any situation. I am truly grateful and thankful that this is my home. I wholeheartedly recommend the Wellington at Springfield!
