My Mom had a wonderful experience over her 5 years at The Residence at Pearl Street. When she entered independently, she embraced the activities, field trips, top notch food and new friendships. As she transitioned to memory care (Reflections) the staff always treated her with respect and made sure she was well cared for and needs met as those needs changed. They were always responsive to any questions, and exceeded the expectations my family had when this journey began.

Our family member moved to the Residence at Pearl Street about 10 months ago. The staff and administration are all very friendly, professional, and responsive. From our first meeting and tour, we were impressed with the welcoming staff, beautiful furnishings and decor, the the many amenities -- from on-site hair salon, to weekly pub social with entertainment, the theater room, and the many activities both on and off site, there is something for everyone. I can't say enough about the staff- from the front desk receptionist, to the dining room servers, the activities coordinators, administrators, and the nursing staff and care attendants, everyone is so attentive and aware and responsive to the needs of the residents. The nursing staff and aids are on top of the health needs of the residents, and quick to react to and communicate any medical issues. From the day our Mom moved in, the staff has gone out of their way to make sure she felt included and part of this community, and that it felt like home. I would highly recommend the Residence at Pearl Street to any family looking for an assisted living situation in a personalized setting where I know residents, like our Mom, are safe, happy, and comfortable.
