My mother has been living here for about 6 months now. She loves it. No cooking or cleaning, no laundry or taking out the garbage. Three meals a day served in a beautiful dining area. She's met new friends and is starting to join in the afternoon activities. The staff is full of wonderfully kind, helpful, and caring individuals. We were worried she wouldn't like it, wouldn't make friends, and complain about being bored. She surprised us all by saying she loves her new place and the ladies who help take care of her. If she's happy then we're happy!

The Bridge At Paradise Valley is the best facility I’ve experienced. The pricing of services are clear and fair. I feel safe here because of the ethics, fairness and respect from management that extends to all staff members. When my partner was facing grave illness I was offered transport to the hospital to visit him daily. And when he chose to come home on hospice, all staff offered help and made accommodations. When he passed away I was treated with kindness and generosity that brought me great comfort. The environment is pleasant and welcoming. The activities director is fun, daily activities and events are enjoyable and residents are included in the planning. We are truly respected here. The apartments are comfortable and well equipped for both disabled and aging persons, and I am fortunate and grateful to live here.

My sister moved into The Bridge April 2024 and it has been such a positive experience. The staff is wonderful. She loves her apartment. She is so busy with all the activities and new friendships. We love the caring management. It is a very safe and clean home for her. Cendrene is awesome. So helpful and knowledgeable thru my sister's transition into this awesome place for her to call home.

The Bridge is a wonderful place. They treat my mom with kindness, respect, and love. They have a variety of activities like going to the casino or playing bingo. They also have good food and plenty of support staff who attends to all the guests. We are lucky that we found them!

This is a wonderful facility with a kind and caring staff. I've had my mom here for several months and would recommend it to anyone needing this type of care for their loved ones. Additionally, with covid, I would like to give my applause to the staff, all of whom have worked relentlessly to provide a safe environment for the residents. I moved my mom here from a facility that performed poorly in those regards, at one point having 20+ positives. The Bridge never had that issue due to diligently cleaning and following protocols. When the virus struck, they followed procedure and eradicated it quickly. If you are looking for a nice community with a great staff, look no further.
