The facility is very clean, residents are well-care for and clean at all time. The staff is well trained. There is a Commercial kitchen, it is very clean and well organized. Owners are professional and knowledgeable. They have assisted many Medicaid residents to have a good quality life while living. Thank you everything you do and thank you for taking such a good care for my loved one.

The facility is very nice, clean/organized, every room has private bathroom. The owners always seek out a way to improve the quality of care and building. They are very caring people. I have my beloved friend there. I am so grateful that she is there.

This message is to answer Carole Hudson and Tania Hudson. Last summer, Carol and Tania lived in a homeless shelter. Carol’s mom who is Tania’s grandmother, lived in our facility. Carol and Tina visited our facility every day and ate lunch in our facility. Because of COVID-19, for the safety of our residents, we stopped their inside visit. They were allowed to visit the mom outside. The mom always asked more foods and saved foods for them.

I had a parent who lived there and she was complaining about the staff that can't conversate and understand english and said that even the owner herself is hard to understand. She gets confuse because no staff were permanent there as the management changes people like they are changing their clothes. My mother is a person that's hard to please and trust people, and I know that. The problem is, when she begins to trust and like the staff that's taking care of her, the person will be gone the next days or so. That's one thing my mom complains about, it's the way they staff the place. Placing language barred people in an elderly facility is pretty much stressful for old folks, isn't it? Whenever I visit my mom, I see like foreign caretakers who are like on their 50's, asian and Hispanic and there's no problem with that but I tell you, they are not the friendliest and nicest, my mom said their names are "Sonia" and "Wilma". I think they should change overall management and staff.
