The Branches of Marlboro

The Branches is an exceptional facility that truly cares for the patients. My mom loved it there, as it was a warm home-like environment. I could not recommend it enough!

From my first phone call to moving my parent into The Branches of Marlboro, the entire process was seamless. I was initially drawn to the community because it was voted one of the top assisted living and memory care communities in Massachusetts and the nation, and after touring, I quickly understood why. The community is bright, beautiful, and welcoming. The staff are knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely passionate about what they do. We were invited to stay for lunch during our tour, and the food was very good. The engaging activities, beautiful surroundings, excellent dining, and caring staff have made all the difference. We are so grateful to have found The Branches of Marlboro. Thank you to every employee for the exceptional care and dedication you provide.

Making the decision to move a parent into an Assisted Living Community is not an easy one. From top to bottom the staff at Branches of Marlboro where very helpful and made the transition as seamless as possible. We found all of the caregivers to be attentive, caring and open to suggestions that would help make the care personalized to my father's needs.

Our parents moved here when Dad’s health was failing. We had heard that Branches offers top-notch care and it’s true! From the head nurse and aides to the chef and kitchen all is excellent. Dad was especially glad to have restaurant-quality meals in the lovely dining room. The building is new and stylish. Mom says it reminds her of being on a cruise! We also like the small size as everyone knows each other and you don’t wait long for help when you press your pendant. There is also a family space with full kitchen, couches, and long dining table that you can use for private family events. The excellence comes from the top, with an caring, professional chief executive who is involved in every aspect of care. She leads with enthusiasm and love.
