My mom is a resident at The Arbors. The staff are exceptional. They care about their residents and interact with them. And we are always kept up to date with my mom's care. I am very happy with the the care that she receives.

I can't emphasize enough how much I appreciate the care my mother is getting at the Arbors. Living out of state I worry about her well being, mental and social interaction. At the Arbors she gets socializing, activities, outings, and of course meals. It wasn't an easy transition for her being so independant before she moved in. They proved to be very caring and helpful in her transition. I can't say enough about the staff. They go above and beyond my expectations!

Old building leadership is weak with no standards. Corporate leadership is worse. Not resident focused. it’s an old person mill that is way over priced with terrible food and facilities. Turnover is through the roof in this place.
